Initial Web Design and Redesign Prices
At Tedrico's Page, custom web site design pricing entirely depends on (1) how many site pages are needed to thoroughly cover the
textual content, (2) whether complex or non-complex web programming languages are required, (3) how many photos or images must be
taken and scanned into graphic images, (4) what kind of site user interactivity the client desires to include. For example,
for a mere $300, one can get a 5 page web site design with no Macromedia flash animation, Java applets, E-commerce, or multimedia streamlining.
Most Tedrico's Page designed small business web sites range between $750 and $1750, whereas, corporate websites tend to
usually costs above $2,000 based upon a $50 per hour corporate design rate. As a standard procedure, once we have assessed what the client
wants his/her website to do, a proposal is faxed or emailed containing an outline of
the components of the web design, promotion, and maintenance, a cost estimate, and present/future recommendations for
site development and growth.
Before website design begins, the client is expected to pay at least 50% of the proposed grand total for Stage 1 Development of website up front. This does not include the $169 web hosting fee, which must be made payable to Bluehost.com, the webmaster's chosen and prefered company for which to provide web hosting to the client's web site.

FREE -> Web Hosting: The proposed website will be hosted by HYPERMART, at no additional expense to the client.
FREE -> Site Visitor Counter: This will allow both the client and webmaster to get an idea of how many visitors will view the information on each page of the proposed website.
$ 60 - 'Per Page' Web Page Design Rate: After assessment of the clients purpose for the web site is made, a proposal will be emailed to the client, with the number of suggested pages which the entire web site will be comprised of included, along with detailed information on what each individual page will consist of,
including textual content and overall page theme.
$ 75 - 'Per Page' Web Page Redesign Rate: After assessment of the clients new purpose an existing for the existing
web site is made, a proposal will be emailed to the client, with the new number of necessary pages to accomplish the redesign.
Additional Video and Sound Clip, Site Map, Customized Writing, Seeded or Scrolling Text, Custom .GIF/Flash Animation, I-Frame, Scanning, and
Digital Camera Photo rates will be added to the total cost of the redesign based
on what the webmaster feels is adequate to cover the time and work that will
be put into the development and implementation of these specialized design components.
$ 10 - Image Scanning: This fee ($10 per scan) will cover the scanning of the personal client photo or any needed images, which will be implemented into the appropriate web site pages. Price includes
creating and editing images from the scanned picture(s).

E-commerce Solution Packages
$300 to $1000 - E-commerce Shopping Cart Creation: Multiple ADD/VIEW Cart component placement for each item in the
client's product inventory varies in price and is solely dependant upon the number of
items the client wishes to sale online. Whatever price is quoted in the received email proposal will cover the creation of the
CGI cart order form, shipping and tax JavaScript computations, form data cookie creation and updates, form mail handling and
autoresponder message development and emailing. Typically, a maximum of 25 products
for sale, is the suggested amount of inventory a client should begin with, as a means of keeping
the e-commerce development cost effective.
$200 - E-commerce Shopping Cart Transaction Logging: This fee covers the cost of
optionally logging the client supplied order form and total invoice data into
a password protected directory file, in either ASCII (.TXT), MS Word (.DOC), or
delimited MS Excel (.XLS) formats. Upon completion of this features development, the client
will be asked to supply the password(s) desired to gain access to these logs which can be
visually reviewed, printed, or downloaded and imported into other software applications.
$250 - PayPal Merchant Processing: Covers set-up and custom implementation of the highly rated, widely
used, and FREE, PayPal credit card transaction processing system into the client
websites existing or newly created ordering process. After an account is open in the
client's name, and the bank depositing setup process is completed, site customers
will be able to purchase any inventory item for sale on the website via the credit cards
selected to be accepted by the client and best off all ... the client will never have to
see any credit card numbers, expiration dates, etc., as this is all handled by
PayPal and when approved, deposited straight into the client's bank account.

This covers the tedious process of determining target key words and phrases, redesigning the textual and graphical content of each page that is to be submitted in order to make them search engine "readied" (meaning increasing the probability of good positioning within the first 3 pages of user search results). This task is accomplished in 5 easy steps:

- Determine from you and your site content where your site should be seen for best results and develop a keyword list to get it there.

Search Engine Ranking Optimization Packages
$350 to $1050 - Search Engine Index Optimization & Refreshment: This fee covers
a three to twelve month period, during which each submitted client web site URL
will be optimized for better search engine index positioning and
resubmitted to the popular search engines on a biweekly basis. This is a
5 step process, as described below:
- Analyze your page's ranking when it is indexed.
- If it's not in the top 30 search result listings, we re-design, re-work or re-write your pages until this is achieved for at least one of the target key word or phrase clusters.
- Provide you with a complete Web Position Gold generated report of how your pages place with the applicable search engines. This is posted to the client site at the beginning of each month, at a URL which the client will be given so they can see it.
- Continually monitor your position and tune or resubmit your pages to maintain their high rankings.
- When search engine rules and ranking/submission methods change, we make suggestions so your pages can be updated to remain on top.
Should the client decide to pursue this option, discounted maintainer fee

Depending on site growth, new maintainer fee amounts will be discussed and mutually agreed upon by both the client and the Webmaster.

Internet Advertising & Marketing Options
The second stage, Internet Advertising & Marketing, follows the first and will be recommended no earlier
than 6 weeks after the initial submission of the site's page(s) and/or Yahoo
has indexed the homepage. This stage will cover the following phase:
- Newsgroup/Discussion Group Posting
- Press Release Creation and Submission to TV, Radio, Newspaper, and Magazine Media sources
- Targeted Reciprocal Link Scouting and Request
- Targeted Industry Specific Directory and Search Engine Hand Submissions
- Autoresponder Advertising
- Classifieds Ad Creation and Submission
- Targeted E-zine Advertising
- Targeted Industry Specific Award Request
The need for each phase, and its respective fee, will be discussed and agreed upon
between the client and the Webmaster after Stage 1 has been implemented.

Web Site Maintenance Solution Packages
$ 75 - Optional Minimum Monthly Maintenance: The client will be advised on
the necessity of consistent web site maintenance. This maintainer fee
will be due monthly, within the last week of the three months following
the current month which the web site is designed within, after which
(depending on site growth), new maintainer fee amounts will be discussed
and mutually agreed upon by both the client and the webmaster. This fee
may be paid on a month to month basis or at grouped month intervals
(e.g., 4 months = $300). More specifically this maintenance fee will
cover changes, revisions, and enhancements to the core website platforms.
$200 and UP - Custom Browser Self Maintenance:
An administration feature can be incorporated into the client's website,
which will allow whomever, with permission, to change the textual content of
the website by simply editing blank or existing form field blanks and clicking a
submit button, upload music sound clips saved in the common Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME '.wav'
file format, and even upload images of various formats (web safe of course), all through
use of their web browser of choice. What makes this feature so while is that the client
does not need to be proficient in, or even know, the HTML programming language or FTP (File Transfer Protocol).
Compared to the normal Tedrico's Page $75 monthly
web site maintenance fee, this feature is a far better choice in that it
saves the client a minimum of $300 each year in web site maintenance fees. The cost of this
package is dependant upon how many pages the client desires to self maintain, and will
be thoroughly discussed before web development begins.
